Vandana Jain is the proud Director of BBPA Round Rock and brings several years of early childhood education experience working with toddlers, preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten students. Her professional background is rooted in creating nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environments where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

She is passionate about partnering with families to ensure each child feels safe, confident, and inspired to explore the world around them. As both an educator and a mother of two teenagers, Ms. Jain understands the importance of trust, communication, and consistency in a child’s early learning experience. Her leadership approach centers on maintaining a warm, structured, and engaging environment where children are encouraged to develop independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
